Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems (fuel injection, turbochargers, exhaust, emissions, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance and comprehensive inspections on Ford Super Duty trucks and other diesel models

Accurately document all work performed in repair orders and communicate findings to Service Advisors

Stay current on Ford diesel technologies through manufacturer training and continuous education

Follow all safety protocols and repair procedures per dealership and OEM standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on diesel repair experience required

Strongly prefer experience with Ford Power Stroke engines

Ford Diesel Certification is a major plus

Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Proficient with diesel-specific diagnostic tools and Ford OEM systems

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the service team

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
